Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping International orders may be available at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days at Kent@Roostersfactorysupport.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
